Build Your Own Terms

Your custom-made TROVE tag tote will be put into production within 24 working hours (Mon-Fri) of receipt. Please double check your selections before submitting your order as we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Bespoke products are normally despatched within 48 working hours of receipt. By ordering a Build Your Own product, you agree to the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations regarding bespoke items; you will not be able to return the product for a refund or replacement unless the product has demonstrable faulty workmanship. Please note that rendered images in our Build Your Own tool have been created to display the colours as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colours of the products. The products that you receive from us may vary slightly from those images.
