Royal Mail Cyber Incident

UPDATE 27th January: Royal Mail service are returning to normal, all International post that were previously held back have been despatched and any post already in their system will start moving again. Tracking may still be an issue for some packages. Latest information from Royal Mail here: https://www.royalmail.com/service-update 

We were given notice on Monday 16th January by Royal Mail that their international services have been severely disrupted due to a cyber incident. This is affecting all order outside of the UK. 

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause our customers, we are keeping an eye on the situation and will send your orders as soon as we are able to.
