1. Custom Image Rules

1.1 We will print the artwork you supply us. By uploading any artwork to the TROVE website, you give us full consent to print the artwork or designs.

1.2 By checking the tick-box in the 'TERMS ACCEPTANCE' section, you confirm that the uploaded artwork is yours to use, and/or free from copyright infringement. You accept full responsibility in the event of any copyright infringement, and will fully indemnify TROVE and Mowbray Leather Goods Ltd. You accept that we will reserve the right to pass on your contact details to the copyright holders if requested.

1.3 Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material:

• any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law
• any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable
• sexually explicit images
• violently explicit images
• any material deemed to be offensive to persons, religious groups or organisations

1.4 TROVE and Mowbray Leather Goods Limited reserve the right to refuse acceptance of artwork for production, without notice or justification. In the event your artwork is not accepted, you will be refunded in full for the custom product you ordered.

1.5 We will do our best to verify that your artwork is suitable for reproduction, but you take full responsibility for the quality of the images that you upload, and the quality of print that results. In the event that your image is poor quality, we will contact you for a more suitable image where possible. In the event that a suitable image cannot be arranged, you will be refunded in full for the custom product you ordered.

2. Build Your Own Terms

2.1 Your custom-made TROVE wallet will be put into production within 24 working hours (Mon-Fri) of receipt. Please double check your selections before submitting your order as we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Bespoke products are normally despatched within 48 working hours of receipt.

2.2 By ordering a Build Your Own product, you agree to the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations regarding bespoke items; you will not be able to return the product for a refund or replacement unless the product has demonstrable faulty workmanship.

2.3 Please note that rendered images in our Build Your Own tool have been created to display the colours as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colours of the products. The products that you receive from us may vary slightly from those images.
